Product Manager – Video Entertainment & Monetization
The Product Manager is expected to:
1)Define and Own Product Vision, Strategy, Roadmap for Modules/Components/Platforms
2)Create and maintain Product Requirements and Specification Documents, including definition of minimal viable product, prioritized feature lists, key tracking metrics for product/feature
3)Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Content, Testing, Marketing, Support, etc) to execute on Product Roadmap and ensure timely launch of quality new products and features
4)Engage with users, clients and key partners to prioritize requirements and bug fixes Analyze key product usage metrics to support/validate product feature/design and prioritization
5)Maintain up to date priorities on all outstanding bugs and enhancements of products 6)Evangelize Product and Product features with internal and external stakeholders
7) Follow competitor roadmaps and products closely to identify threats and opportunities Measure usage metrics to understand impact of new features and achieve goals
8) Work with design team on usability testing efforts to understand user behavior better
9) Iterate on product offering using usage data, feedback and product insights
10) Drive scrums and team meetings to make sure priorities and requirements are clear
Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of prior Product Management experience
Must have demonstrated success of defining and launching consumer products
Must have a passion towards building smart and engaging user experiences
Must have an entrepreneurial bent of mind
Entertainment/mobile based product experience is a plus
Must be a leader with good teamwork skills
Experience working in large scale applications is a plus
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required Education:
Background in Computer Science (B.S/B.E/B.Tech) with proven business skills
MBA from premier institutes is a plus

Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer – Java/J2EE
Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer – Java/J2EE is expected to:
1. Analyse, design & implement the solutions(WEB/WAP) to address new requirements or bugs.

Technical Manager
The Technical Manager is expected to:
Understand the end to end Jigsee mobile video streaming platform.
Understand various technical issues on Jigsee's J2ME and Symbian platform and provide technical guidance and leadership in their quick resolution.
Manage various engineering milestones and their adjustments based on immediate priority.
Manage various processes in development, integration, and testing making sure product consistency and progress.
Proactively identify issues from test reports and prioritize tasks to achieve better user experience and service consistency.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of technical management experience in leading engineering teams.
Hands-on development experience on mobile platforms in a professional environment.
Excellent understanding of various networking protocols like HTTP/TCP.
Excellent understanding of networking issues specially in wireless environment.
Understanding of video streaming technologies is a plus.
Excellent understanding of software development processes.
Experience in delivering software products in timely manner.

Analyst - Quality Assurance is expected to:
Execute existing test cases, improve test cases, and write new test cases from requirements.
Report bugs with appropriate documentation to allow developers to analyze.
Reviews requirements for testability.
Perform QA testing for both local and remote engineers and work with the teams to resolve the issues.
Excellent written and communications skills required to interact with diverse engineering teams around the world.
